With HICAPS we can make on the spot claim to your Private Health Funds. It means you just have to pay the Gap between the cost of a Consultation and the rebate of your Health Fund. We will charge directly your Health Fund for the rebate.
Your actual out of pocket cost is determined by your Health Fund rebate which is calculated when your Health Fund card is swiped through the Hicaps terminal on site. 98% of health funds are able to be processed on site through Hicaps.

Our practice Does Not Bulk Bill under Medicare. As we are a private physiotherapy practice, you are required to pay our full fee at the time of your consultation and then claim the Medicare rebate of $58 back from Medicare.
Patient under the Medicare Chronic Disease Plan will be required to pay the full fee first, we will then process the Medicare rebate on the spot and credit this back to a debit card.
Be Well Physiotherapy does not bill third parties. We request that patients pay on the day of their treatment and claim directly through their CTP Insurer if they wish. We do not warranty any refund from a third party.
At your request we will provide an invoice.
